Outstanding Performance of Spelthorne Gymnastics at the National Finals 2025

It was an exciting weekend in Stoke-on-Trent  as Spelthorne Gymnastics represented the South East region at the National Finals 2025. The dedication, skill, and teamwork displayed by these young athletes have resulted in a significant medal haul and numerous impressive placements.

Gold Medal Winners – Champions!

Spelthorne Gymnastics is incredibly proud to announce multiple gold medal victories:

* Harry & Tommy – Grade 5 Men’s Pair (G5 MP): Harry and Tommy delivered a powerful and polished routine, earning them the gold medals and championship trophies in a highly competitive Grade 5 Men’s Pair category. Their success reflects their commitment and experience.

* Izzy & Esme – IDP 1 Women’s Pair (IDP 1 WP): Izzy and Esme displayed grace, artistry, and technical excellence in their routine, achieving the gold medals and championship trophies in the IDP 1 Women’s Pair category. Their performance was a joy to watch.

* Luke & Ashton – Aspire Men’s Pair (Aspire MP): Luke and Ashton’s dynamic and skilful performance in the Aspire Men’s Pair category earned them well-deserved gold medals and championship trophies. Their achievement highlights the strength of Spelthorne’s development program.

* Euan & Josh – Grade 3 Men’s Pair (G3 MP): Euan and Josh demonstrated exceptional synchronicity and strength, securing the top spot and bringing home the gold medals and championship trophies. Their hard work and precision were evident in their outstanding performance.

* Preston & Theo – Grade 1 Men’s Pair (G1 MP): Preston and Theo showcased incredible potential and skill for their grade, earning them the gold medals and championship trophies. Their victory is a testament to their dedication and promising future in

Silver Medal Winners

* Eliza, Izzy & Mary – Grade 3 Women’s Group (G3 WG): Eliza, Izzy, and Mary performed beautifully as a trio, earning the silver medals. Their teamwork and high energy routine were enjoyed by the crowd.

Bronze Medal Winners

* Huxley & Imogen – Grade 3 Mixed Pair (G3 MxP): Huxley and Imogen demonstrated excellent partnership and skill, securing the bronze medals in the Grade 3 Mixed Pair category. Their performance showcased great potential.

Top 5 Placements

Several other partnerships and groups achieved commendable top 5 placements, demonstrating the overall strength and depth of the club:

* David & Rio – Grade 4 Mixed Pair (G4 MxP): Finished in a very respectable 4th Place.

* Daisy & Lena – Grade 3 Women’s Pair (G3 WP): Also finished in a strong 4th Place.

* Aimee & Liala – Grade 5 Women’s Pair (G5 WP): Finished in a noteworthy 5th Place.

* Emma, Emily & Mia – Grade 4 Women’s Group (G4 WG): Achieved 5th Place in a competitive category.

* Amelia & Lottie – Grade 4 Women’s Pair (G4 WP): Also secured a 5th Place.

Overall Summary

We have had an exceptional showing at the National Finals 2025. Our gymnasts, representing the South East region, have achieved significant success, including five gold medals, one silver medal, and one bronze medal. Additionally, several partnerships and groups finished in the top 5, highlighting the high standard of training and dedication within the club.

These results are a testament to the hard work of the gymnasts, the expert coaching and Choreography provided by Spelthorne Gymnastics, and the unwavering support of their families and the South East region. The club is immensely proud of all the athletes who competed and congratulates them on their fantastic achievements.
