GYMNAST OF THE MONTH- NOVEMBER

GYMNAST OF THE MONTH – PHOEBE!

Phoebe deserves a special mention for her incredible determination, patience and positive attitude following a long break from gymnastics due to a broken femur.

When Phoebe first returned to training, she wasn’t able to take part in certain activities, including trampoline work and some of the usual skills. However, that didn’t stop her from turning up every week and giving 100% in whatever she was able to do.

While the rest of the group took part in these activities, Phoebe happily worked on leg conditioning and strength exercises, focusing on rebuilding her strength and getting herself ready to return to the skills she loves.

It takes a special kind of determination to keep showing up, stay positive and put in the hard work, especially when you can’t yet do everything you’d like to. Phoebe showed fantastic resilience, maturity and commitment throughout her recovery.

Her patience and willingness to work hard on the smaller steps have paid off, and she should be incredibly proud of how far she has come.

Well done, Phoebe! You are a fantastic example of perseverance and a reminder that progress isn’t always about the big skills, but all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. We are so proud of you!
