So this summer we asked to see all of your photos and videos of how you were spending your summer, in particular how you were practicing gymnastics. Last year the trend was the handstand challenge, which seemed to be a continuing theme this year.
However, who had the coolest handstand picture? There were so many handstands sent to us, from gymnasts and coaches! But to narrow it down we decided to choose handstand backgrounds to pick a winner.

Along with the handstands we had a new challenge set by Alana and her dad Colin, challenge the parent.. which Evy and her family also participated in. We love seeing your creativity with the challenges… it looks like you all had fun taking part 🙂

We are happy you all had great holidays and of course continued practicing some gymnastics. But as well as some gymnastics relaxing is important too… our two World Champions definitely made the most of a well earned break- and why not. A busy year for them, I am sure the summer break could not have come sooner!

With not long left, we hope you have been enjoying the bank holiday weekend, rain or shine! The new term starts back soon which means time to crack on with the C Word… yes Christmas! Hopefully we will have a bit more of the good weather to keep this feeling lasting just a little longer!
