Spelthorne Gymnastics enjoyed a phenomenal weekend at the 2026 British Championships, with all eight of our acrobatic partnerships delivering exceptional performances and producing results that reflected months of dedication, hard work, and commitment.

Competing against the very best partnerships from across Great Britain, every one of our gymnasts represented the club with pride, confidence, and professionalism. Their performances were a credit to themselves, their coaches, and everyone who has supported them throughout the season.

Youth Partnerships Dominate

Our Youth partnerships had an outstanding day, claiming three British Championship titles and one silver medal.

• Oskar & Eva were crowned British Champions, producing a superb set of routines.
• Harry & Diyan also claimed the British Championship title with excellent performances.
• Abi, Amelia & Darcie delivered another fantastic final routine to become British Champions.
• Henry, Joseph, Morris & Faris performed brilliantly to secure the title of British Silver Medallists.

Junior Partnerships Continue the Success

Our Junior partnerships continued the club’s impressive medal haul with two excellent performances.

• Fraser & Evie became British Champions, performing with confidence and precision.
• Gemma, Lexie & Sophie produced polished routines to earn the title of British Silver Medallists.

Senior Partnerships Finish in Style

Our Senior partnerships rounded off an incredible weekend with two outstanding performances.

• Ralph, Josh, Owen & Sidney were crowned British Champions, showcasing their quality and consistency on the competition floor.
• Olivia, Isabel & Dollie also impressed the judges to become British Silver Medallists.

A Weekend to Remember

To leave the British Championships with five British Championship titles and three silver medals is a remarkable achievement and one that everyone involved with Spelthorne Gymnastics should be immensely proud of.

These results are a testament to the dedication of our gymnasts, the expertise of our coaching team, and the unwavering support of our parents, judges, volunteers, and supporters throughout the season.

The British Championships also served as the final selection trial for the 2026 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships. We now eagerly await the announcement of the Great Britain team over the coming weeks and wish all of our gymnasts the very best of luck for selection.
